The Lord Provides a Way Out...
We have escaped like a bird from the hunter's net; the net is torn, and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 124: 7-8)
Just like a bird who has been captured and is desperately seeking a way out, we too can be captured by our own hunter who would like nothing better than to keep us "captured." The good news for us is that our Lord is faithful and will always show us a way out!
All the bird needs is a small tear in the net to escape. What do you need today to escape? Do you feel like your escape route would need more than just a "tear" to break free?
My friend, by God's grace and mercy, whatever has you captured today, know that your help comes from the Lord, our Helper, and Maker.
So break free and live a life in the promised land knowing your Maker is also your Rescuer, Savior, and Friend.
