Your Strength Will Lie in Quiet Confidence

Isaiah 30:15

For the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has said: "You will be delivered by returning and resting; your strength will lie in quiet confidence. But you are not willing.” (CSB)

Whatever you are facing today, are you willing to return to Him with a completely surrendered heart? Are you willing to release your grip on whatever your hands are grabbing unto and thus holding you back from what God has planned because you are terrified to let go? Are you willing to find your strength for the day in Him opposed to your own abilities and ways?

God speaks to us in the words written in Isaiah 30:15 and tells us that we find our strength and our own quiet confidence as we return to Him. So may we do just that, return to Him and find the strength and the quiet confidence our souls yearn for as we journey with our Savior!
